DG Marketplace: Quasar - Hanging basket or Upright Fuchsia

This stunningly blue double fuchsia can be a hanging basket, trained into a "tree" and then allowed to hang, or used as a low mounding upright bush to go over the sides of a large container.  It showcases one of my favorite attributes of fuchsia's.  And that is how they change colors as the corolla matures.  The blue becomes a violet, which you can see in the photo I added to the Plant Files.
