Here is a complete white color insect standing on my finger.
Too small creature.

This could be a whitefly (Hemiptera/Sternorrhyncha: Aleyrodidae) - see [HYPERLINK@www.doktordoom.com] or [HYPERLINK@www.ars.usda.gov]
They all are sap feeders, and some can be serious pests. See [HYPERLINK@www.uckac.edu] for more detailed information.
