Now that the basic wintersowing season is over, most of us probably have left over seed. Would anyone be interested in a seed swap? I think the last swap was a success. If you are interested please let me know and I will add your name to the list below. I'll start the swap at 10 people.

SEED SWAP RULES

Let's make the swap 10 packets of seeds for those that don't have alot to share. ALL SEED ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED on or before July 4th. Based upon my experience with other swaps, I will not wait on late entries. If your seed is not in by the above date, I will just mail you back your own seed.

Use a bubble envelope or bubble wrap to send seeds to Anita [my address is in the exchange-Anitabryk2] **This swap is open to paid members only**

Here are the postage rates as of today from the USPS. [HYPERLINK@www.usps.com] WHAT EVER IT COST YOU TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGE TO ME SHOULD BE THE AMOUNT OF POSTAGE INCLUDED IN YOUR ENVELOPE FOR RETURN BACK TO YOU
_____________________________________________________________________________________

☼ Include 10 different packets of seed; - no more / no less - please

☼The amount of seed is whatever you feel comfortable with. If you are looking for guidelines, see the Seed Trading Primer in Extras; [HYPERLINK@davesgarden.com]

☼Seed must be dried - NO FRESH SEED - IT ARRIVES MOLDY

☼You can use anything for seed packs, but make sure they won't fall out and tape is not in a location where seeds could stick. The glycine envelopes work best for tiny seeds as opposed to plastic;

☼Identify each seed pack with the contents and include your DG name

☼Include a mailing label with your own address on it which I will use to mail the items back - so please make it big enough and legible enough for the postman to read.

☼Include enough postage based upon the above rates for me to return a package to you.

☼I will reuse the bubble envelope you send the seed packs in. Please make sure it is in good shape and will survive the round trip. I have found the 6x9 bubble envelopes work the best.

☼Write WS Swap on outside of the envelope sent to Anita.

Include a list of the seeds enclosed - please. It will make it a bit easier to make sure that everyone gets something different than what they sent.
